CellTech Metal's executive team is made up of leaders in the industry who have the expertise required to interpret the complexities of the world's ever-changing material innovations, and rapidly expand our capabilities as our clients' needs for creative, customized solutions evolve.
CellTech Metals' management has more than 50 years' experience in the aerospace industry. Our engineers pioneered some of the first automated honeycomb machines, while specializing in the production and brazing of honeycomb sandwich material for jet engine seals.
This experience led to the development of several "green" metals that take less energy to produce and offer environmental benefits, including potential improvements in the transportation industry such as automotive fuel efficiency and safety.
Doug Cox, CEO/President
Doug Cox has developed, rebuilt, mentored, managed, led, invested and influenced many businesses over the past 30 years. His perseverance to create new ideas and solve problems has provided him with an enthusiastic perspective of business and opportunities
George Straza, Inventor
George Straza has a background in design dating back 40 years where he was a key engineer at Jet Air Inc. Pioneering some of the first automated honeycomb machines, Straza specialized in the production and brazing of honeycomb for jet engine seals. As an inventor, George oversees CellTech Metals' research and development processes.
Geosef Straza, Vice President
Geosef Straza has more than 10 years of experience in design, development and leadership with manufacturing honeycomb seals. Because of his knowledge, Geosef has many recognized relationships in the aerospace industry that has provided an entrance to this new technology.
